This Return Policy applies to all food products (Products”) purchased through our website (“Website”).
General Policy
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns of Products for reasons of personal preference, hange of mind, or dissatisfaction with taste.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We will review requests for replacement of refund only in the following cases:
The Product arrived damaged,
The Product is defective,
The wrong Product was shipped.
Products must remain in original packaging unless damaged during shipment.
Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, please provide:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photographic evidence of the Product and packaging showing the Product, the packaging, and any visible damage.
Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.
We reserve the right to request additional information or the return of the affected Product prior to approving a replacement or refund.

Return Authorization
Do not return any Product without prior written authorization from the Company.
If a return is authorized:
We will provide instructions.
In most cases involving damaged food products, we may not require physical return for safety reasons.
Shipping Costs for Approved Returns
If a claim is approved:
If the Product must be returned, the Company will provide instructions regarding return shipping and will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If the claim results from our error (wrong Product shipped), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If return is not required, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring shipment back.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for unauthorized returns.
Refund or Replacement Decision
Upon review of the claim, we may, at our discretion:
replace the Product; or
issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after approval.
Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:
Opened Products.
Partially consumed Products.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Products purchased from third-party retailers.
Limitation
This Return Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
