At Villa Contarini, where cheese tradition takes centre stage, Cerasus Sanguine unveiled a sensorial meeting: the Celestial, our cherry balsamic vinegar, partnering with the cheeses on show. Each tasting became a small ritual — a drop on Asiago, a caress on Grana, a counterpoint on fresh cheese — revealing endless nuances: gentle acidity, fruity sweetness, tannic accents that sculpt the flavour.
The pairing enchanted palate and mind, showing how the same Celestial essence shifts its poetry according to age, texture and intensity of the cheese.
